When developing our products, we regularly integrate new digital processes to reduce the use of resources. In addition, we continuously research material-saving manufacturing processes to ensure responsible use of available resources.
We attach great importance to the selection of our raw material suppliers, with over 90% based in Europe. In addition to qualitative aspects, we regularly review these suppliers for their sustainability standards and conduct recurring audits to ensure that they also meet ethical requirements in accordance with ISO standards for health, safety and the environment.
To keep logistics emissions low, we plan our transports in detail. One example is our TOPMAX slab table, which helps minimise the environmental footprint by reducing transport volumes by up to 70%. In order to get the most potential out of the valuable raw materials, most of our products are completely hot-dip galvanized and thus designed for a very long service life (compared to competitive products) of up to 15-20 years.

We also take responsibility for the environmentally sound disposal of materials. Recycling plays a central role for us and we strive to promote the circular economy. We collect materials such as steel, aluminium, paper and plastic separately and ensure that they enter existing recycling chains. Through this process, we actively contribute to reducing waste and conserving natural resources.
